Double Shut Off Needle Valves DSO2002
EMCO double shut off needle valves type DSO2002 are used at elevated pressures in processes where 2 primary shut-off valves are required in connection with primary elements (orifice plates, venturis etc.)
Construction
Model DSO2002
- The valve body is machined from bar stock material.
- The valves are supplied with weld ends for butt-welding, socket-welding or threaded connection.
- The stuffing box is external to valve spindle thread.
- The valves are pressure tested to 375 bar or 630 bar.

- Material, body 316 : Carbon steel A 105, stainless steel AISI CrMo steel 13CrMo44 (F11), CrMo steel 10CrMo910 (F22) CrNi high temp. Steel F91
- Packing : Graphite (standard), PTFE.
- Pressure rating : PN 250, PN 400, 1500 lbs, 2500 lbs
- Temperature : Temperature range depends on body material, see pressure/temperature graph
- Connection : 1⁄2" butt weld ends, 1⁄2" socket weld ends, 1⁄2" BSP int., 1⁄2" NPT int., Socket weld end for OD 12 or 14 mm tube
